Our Mission: We exist to help former foster care, LGBTQ and other homeless young adults build a new and independent life within a safe environment of care, support, housing, and education.

Our Vision: We will eliminate homelessness among youth ages 18 to 25 years old in Palm Beach County by developing young adults who are independent, resilient, and successfully engaged in life.

The Story

This dynamic organization serves homeless young adults ages 18 to 25, helping them build independent lives through housing, education, and life skills training. Their inspiring, up-for-anything spirit drives real change for youth transitioning out of foster care, LGBTQ youth, and others facing homelessness.

The Challenge

Despite their energetic vision and transformative work, Vita Nova’s outdated brand failed to capture their dynamic character. Often confused with other local youth or homelessness groups, they lacked the distinctive identity needed to instantly resonate with both clients and supporters.

The Bold Breakthrough

DRMTM created a brand alive with Vita Nova’s positive spirit. Ocean-inspired colors and wave graphics celebrate their Atlantic home while clearly communicating their higher purpose: “New Life for Homeless Youth.” The messaging immerses audiences in waves of inspiration, from core beliefs to their transformative formula: Housing + Job + Supportive Living = Self Sufficiency. The result? A complete identity transformation that positions Vita Nova as the distinctive voice for homeless young adults in Palm Beach County and the ability to articulate their mission into receiving their first million-dollar grant.
